Job Title: OFFICER LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT & CURRICULUM (1 VACANCY) REF. DSC 15/70/02 SALARY SCALE: UGANDA GONVERMENT SCALE-KCCA 7 AGE: 28 YEARS AND ABOVE
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND WORKING EXPERIENCE:
Applicants should be Ugandans holding an Honor’s Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Organizational Psychology or Business Administration (Management Option) or Public Administration or Management or Arts or Social Science or any other course in the field of Human Resource Management/Public Administration and Management or Social work and Social Administration from a recognized institution.
Possession of a minimum of a post graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or Public Administration and Management or Organizational and Industrial Psychology or Business Administration (Management option) from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.
Applicants should have a minimum of two (2) years working experience in Human Resource Management/Development and Training gained at officer level in Government or equivalent level of relevant working experience from a reputable organization.
He/she should have the following key competences: Integrity and confidentiality, Management of Training and Development programs, oral and written communication competences, interpersonal relations, ability to work as a team, ability to work and produce accurate results in an environment with multiple and challenging tasks an ability to meet timelines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
DUTIES:-
The incumbent will be responsible to the Supervisor for performing the following duties:-
 Coordinating all KCCA workshops, seminars, courses and meetings at the Training Centre in accordance with the Training Centre regulations
 Conducting course evaluations and writing periodic reports within agreed time frames
 Requisitioning, allocating and supervising the use of Training Centre resources and maintain records in accordance with Training Centre regulations

 Developing and reviewing instructional materials in accordance with the Human Resource Manual
 Managing trainee deployments and monitoring the supervision of field work in line with the Training code
 Providing counseling and career guidance to trainees and other KCCA staff in line with the KCCA Training Manual
