Job Title: Finance and Compliance Officer
Responsibilities
Grant Management Compliances
Serve as principal point of contact on finance and compliance issues
Monitor all partner agreements , contracts and budgets
Prepare and implement annual training and technical assistance plans
Conduct regular trainings
Financial management oversight.Provide technical support to partner organizations
Perform ongoing monitoring and assessments
Ensure documentation of partner liquidations
Qualifications
University Degree Bachelors of commerce, Business Administration
Masters In Business Administration
Professional qualification is an added advantage e.g ACCA, CPA
Experience
Significant Management Experience 3 years of handling money accounting and working local communities
Past experience with working international NGOS
Computer literate
Ability to work as a team player
