Job Title: FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

About this Job:
Educate! is seeking an ambitious, organized manager to oversee all financial management systems, manage its annual planning and budget process, lead its operations and logistics team, and advise on cost-effective solutions and structures for a fast growing NGO in Uganda. This position reports to the Country Director and a promotion is track role.

Performance Objectives

1  Financial Management

a. Manage financial accounting firm, bill payments, and petty cash transactions



b. Budgeting, financial reporting and.

variance checks

c. Evaluate operations to identify cost

containment and increased revenue opportunities



2. Facilitate Strategic Planning Process a. Make strategic recommendations and advise on cost structuring and plans of senior leadership

a. Develop and train a team of four to facilitate all administrative needs

b. Manage all Information & Communication Technology systems



4. Logistics

a. Coordinate procurement

b. Organize level events and visits



Requirement:
•   3-6 years experience managing logistics, finance and/or operations functions

•  Superb organizational and system building skills

•   Work experience at a large (50+ person) organization or one  that has achieved significant growth.
