RTI INTERNATIONAL IS RECRUITING FOR THE FOLLOWING JOB POSITION FOR AN UPCOMING GOVERNANCE PROJECT.
Deputy Chief of Party will oversee all financial and administrative operations of the project and will serve as RTI’s alternate liaison to key stakeholders when COP is unavailable. The DCOP will ensure a high level of communication and close working relationships with USAID and guarantee the timely and quality completion of all program technical and financial deliverables and reports in accordance with USAID guidelines.
Qualifications: Fifteen (COP) or nine (DCOP) years of overall experience with at least ten (COP) or five (DCOP) years of relevant field experience in public administration, decentralization reform, service delivery in key sectors (such as education, health, water, agriculture), parliamentary strengthening, civil society strengthening, or community mobilization. Prior USAID experience strongly preferred. Prior experience managing geographically dispersed teams is preferred. A master’s or higher degree in a relevant field desired. Fluency in English required, proficiency in local languages preferred.
