Job Title : TERRITORY DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS (TDMs)
CROWN BEVERAGES LIMITED

Job Description

Crown Beverages Limited (CBL) wishes to recruit young, self motivated professionals who are energetic and can work under minimal supervision to fill vacant positions
existing in the Company.

KEY OUPUTS:
• Grow sales volume, revenue, and profitability by developing existing
accounts and securing new accounts in an assigned territory.
• Develop the market by selecting, coaching and training the territory
team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop territory plans aimed at achieving Crown Beverages Limited
(CBL) business goals.
• Achieve agreed monthly sales targets.
• Grow sales by effective supervision and development of Contract
Distributors (CDs) and Account Development Representatives (ADRs).
• Ensure proper allocation, utilization and maintenance of Company
marketing equipment.
• Effective coaching of the team under supervision.
• Regular availability of sales reports.
• Sales forecasting for the territory.
• Effective execution of sales promotions.
• Maintain a physical presence in the territory to monitor execution and
ensure understanding of customer needs.
• Adequately representing the company in aspects of public relations in
designated area.

AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
• A Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Administration or
Commerce (Marketing).
• Professional qualification in Marketing (CIM) will be an added
advantage.
• Two year’s working experience preferably in a FMCG industry.
• High degree of integrity.
• Persuasive and assertive .
• A valid and clean driving permit.
The desired person should be below 30 years of age and ready to work in any part
of the country and should be able to work in any part of the country and the Great
Lakes region.
