Job Description

Directorate: Resources
Reports to: Human Resource Coordinator

Job Summary: The job holder will be responsible for providing support in the various Human Resource functions and the administration of HR policies and programs.

Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, or relevant first degree with Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. He/she must have at least 2 years’ experience in human resource work with basic knowledge of employment legislation

For all positions above, other qualities are:  Good communication and interpersonal skills, Proficiency in various MS office packages and working knowledge of English and local language(s) are crucial. Hard working, trust-worthy, and holding the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality. Must be flexible, reliable, able to work under pressure; and in sympathy with the Christian values of Mildmay International. Evidence of a non-judgemental approach regarding race, religion, culture, sexuality and lifestyle is critical.
