Reports to Senior Information Scientist
Schedule of Duties:
a) Responsible for all Ministry IT resources, carry out network administration and maintenance, implement the IT policy and provide user support for all ministry staff.
b) The network administrator shall be in charge of the internet connections, server maintenance, and installations.
c) The user support officer shall be in charge of installing software, connect equipment for users, provide support to all staff regarding down time, report any network failure to the administrator, and implement the maintenance plan.

Experience and qualification:
Bachelors’ degree (Honours) in Information Technology or Computer Science.
